At every Town Council meeting, Citizens are encouraged to discuss concerns or ideas unrelated to upcoming items on the agenda during "Citizen Input." If you would like to speak about a specific agenda item, every "Public Hearing" includes a time for citizen input. Town Council often opens the floor for citizen input during other portions of the meeting, as well.

Call the Main Office number at (804) 798-9219 and tell the staff what it is you need to talk about with the Mayor. Often, problems and concerns can be better handled by other town staff who have direct oversight for that particular area of concern. Also, sometimes it is more appropriate to be talking to your Town Council representatives. The town staff will help guide you through the process.
