In this workshop, Monica Rao will spend the first 15 minutes sharing her personal story as well as how participants, through meditation and spiritual healing will engage with hands on experience and group discussion. This interactive hour long workshop will help participants find inner peace and inner silence in a way that the mind will endeavor to eliminate unwanted thoughts. The goal is to help everyone who is involved to find a state of a mindful, intuitive, fulfilled, grounded, joyful state of being. Ultimately, she aims to help people alleviate themselves of stress, anxiety, and illness so that they are able to find their inner talent and happiness.
Monica Rao, MSA has been an avid meditator and spiritual healer for more than 25 years, originally trained in Mumbai, India. It is her desire to expand awareness of how art and meditation provide therapeutic healing for the soul. Her goal is to help people reach a positive state of existence through powerful spiritual awakening

Grab your pooch, your costume, and your good time shoes as we welcome in the fall season and Halloween in style with the third annual GROWL-O-WEEN. This doggone good time is in an effort to raise money for The Friends of Hanover Dog Parks and the Hanover Humane Society.
Dogs and owners alike will also enjoy the carnival style games that will be set up around the outdoor beer garden including; bobbing for tennis balls, musical chairs, toss and catch, and a photo booth. We will also be offering a little mini “dog park” for your canine to kick back and relax. $1 tickets required for the carnival games. There will also be a silent auction during the festivities featuring some great gift baskets and experiences for pets and owners alike. ALL PROCEEDS from ticket sales for games and contests as well as the silent auction will be donated to The Friends of Hanover Dog Parks and the Hanover Humane Society.
We will also feature live music and food trucks for the duration of the event. And
